Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. A fully digital service

Astro Ratan, operated by Astrocorp Techlab Private Limited, is a 100% digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so no physical shipping, courier or delivery is involved, and there are no shipping charges.

2. How your service is delivered

Your access and readings are delivered digitally and instantly — directly inside WhatsApp (chat with Astro Ratan) and on the web at astroratan.ai. There is nothing to download or wait for in the post.

3. Delivery timeline

• Free trial: activated immediately when you start the chat — no payment, no wait.
• Premium subscription: activated immediately once your payment is confirmed by our payment partner (Razorpay), typically within a few seconds to a couple of minutes.
• Reports & readings: generated on request and delivered digitally in the chat (as a PDF where applicable) or on your web dashboard, usually within minutes.

4. Where it is delivered

Delivery is to your registered WhatsApp number and/or your account on astroratan.ai. Please ensure your phone number and details are correct so we can deliver your readings to the right place.

5. If something doesn't arrive

If your Premium access or a paid reading is not delivered within a few minutes of a successful payment, please contact us right away — we will activate it or resolve it promptly. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy for failed or duplicate payments.
